Doors that lead nowhere always invoke a sense that they're still leading somewhere to some magical faraway place. Being a composite image, the elements do not completely sit with each other, which in itself is not a bad thing, as this lends the image a dreamlike quality, dreams often having odd, mismatched elements in them which still make complete sense within the dream. That said, an overall closer feel match with the oil-painting background and the photographic foreground on the right hand side would sit better for me. The fish, also, looks just like a "Fish Out of Water", to borrow the phrase from the popular children's book, and is visually distracting.

Overall, engaging and enjoyable to visually browse.
